Hi,I have to discuss one case when people with fever and chills.Start with Antibiotics but avoid NS/Rl fluids because when we connect fluids for chills patient it leads to fits and immediately went into stroke..so be careful..Take proper history because some emergency medications leads to allergic reactions..
